Affordable Rental Space for Nonprofits and Community Events

 

Rental Space

The Serve Denton Center Classroom , Conference Room, and Small Meeting Room are available for rent,
Monday–Thursday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm and Friday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

All funds are used to help sustain the Serve Denton Center, to help keep office space affordable for our partnering nonprofit agencies.

Classroom

Use: Meetings, Trainings, Information Sessions

  • Total Sqft = 667

  • Minimum Standard Capacity = 4 Individuals

  • Maximum Standard Capacity = 16 Individuals

  • Space standardly equipped with 1 whiteboard, 1 podium,
    1 TV, 1 HDMI cord, 8 rolling tables (72" x 24") and 16
    rolling chairs.

Nonprofit Rate: $25/hour
Business Rate: $50/hour
Community Rate: $75/hour

Conference Room

  • Total Sqft = 1,042

  • Minimum Standard Capacity = 16 Individuals

  • Maximum Standard Capacity = 36 Individuals

  • Space standardly equipped with 1 whiteboard, 1 podium,
    2 TVs, 1 HDMI cord, speaker system, 19 rolling tables
    (72" x 24") and 36 rolling chairs.

Nonprofit Rate: $50/hour 
Business Rate: $75/hour 
Community Rate: $150/hour

 

Small Meeting Room

  • Total Sqft = 110

  • Minimum Standard Capacity = 1 Individual

  • Maximum Standard Capacity = 4 Individuals

  • Space standardly equipped with 1 whiteboard, 1 round
    table, 4 rolling chairs and 1 couch.

Nonprofit Rate: $15/hour 
Business Rate: $25/hour 
Community Rate: $50/hour
