What struck me most is how often we fail to recognize servant leadership in our daily leadership patterns. I have always believed in servant leadership, but your presentation helped me better understand what it truly contains and what I need to do to lead by example and be a positive influence on those around me. 

I especially appreciated your emphasis on the choices we make as leaders and our responsibility to create environments where people can thrive both professionally and personally. The garden analogy—providing the right conditions for growth—made a lasting impact on me. It was such a meaningful illustration of how leaders can cultivate success in others. 

I also found the sections on listening and coaching skills extremely valuable. The connection you made between creating a healthy environment and the positive outcomes for employees was insightful and motivating. I am excited to share the Embracing Servant Leadership assessment with our team so I can better understand how I can improve as a leader and support those around me more effectively. 

One of the greatest takeaways for me was the idea of continuous improvement—becoming a little better every day. Too often, we choose the easy path and fall back into old habits. Your message reminded me that taking the higher path, while sometimes more difficult and time-consuming, ultimately helps us become better leaders and better people.”
