We are so excited to welcome Bob Johns to the Serve Denton team as our new Property Manager!

Bob Jons, Property Manager

Bob will be helping with a variety of property maintenance tasks at the Serve Denton Center and The Wheeler House as the Property Manager.

Bob has worked for over 40 years maintaining facilities for Sears.

Speaking about his new position, Bob says, "At this point in my life, I love helping people directly or indirectly. It’s a good feeling to know ‘You can make an impact’."


“My hobby is: working on our 100-year-old house. We have two 16-year-old sibling cats, very spoiled.”


How did you hear about Serve Denton?

I heard about Serve Denton through Denton Bible Church, Pat Smith, and Priscilla Sanders.

What are you most passionate about?

At this point in my life, I love helping people directly or indirectly.  It’s a good feeling to know "You can make an impact.”

What are you most excited about with this position?

There are new challenges every day.  I'm excited about learning new things daily and the opportunity to support Serve Denton.

How has your past experience prepared you for this position?

My 47 years of hands-on experience with facility maintenance and interactions with contractors has prepared me for this position. I am also a very organized worker with multi-tasking skills.

Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?

I’ve been married to Lynda for 43 and a half years. We have two children and three grandchildren.

My wife and I have lived in Sanger, TX for 40 years. I have an associate degree in Business Administration. We have two 16-year-old sibling cats, very spoiled. My hobby is working on our 100-year-old house.
