John Williams, Owner of Eastside and Oak Street Draft House, was honored at the Serve Denton board meeting as the organization’s Business Partner of the Month for March!

From sponsorships to silent auction items, John Williams has faithfully supported Serve Denton for over three years.

In 2017, our partner agencies collectively served 6,195 adults and children! This number is only possible because of the people and organizations like Allison Engineering, Medical City Denton, and First United Bank who believe in Serve Denton. So, a huge thank you goes out to our faithful supporters.

Seven New Board Members Join the Team

Seven New Board Members Join the Team

Serve Denton is excited to welcome seven new board members to the 2018 Board of Directors, as well as a new Second Vice Chair and Secretary! The new board members include Patty Lovelace, Jeff Reecer, Eddie Renz, Cathy Tedrick Kerley, Tiffany Thomson, Anne Van Dyke and Brenda Walsworth.

Subaru Shares the Love with Serve Denton

Subaru Shares the Love with Serve Denton

This is the second year in a row for Huffines Subaru Corinth to choose Serve Denton as the local charity of choice for their 2017 “Share the Love” campaign!

This means from November 17, 2017, to January 2, 2018, customers can choose to support one of four charities (three national or one local) with their purchase. Subaru will then donate $250 to that charity for each Subaru vehicle sold or leased at Huffines Subaru Corinth.

How 311 People Received Thanksgiving Meals

How 311 People Received Thanksgiving Meals

This is our second year to partner with Barley & Board and LSA Burger Co. to deliver fully-cooked meals to families in need this #Thanksgiving! Read one of the impact stories below.

A few months ago, we contacted a few of our nonprofit partner agencies and community partners to ask if they knew of anyone who was home-bound for the holiday and could use a Thanksgiving meal. They came back with 90 families, which equaled out to 311 individuals!

Help Us Welcome Recovery Resource Council!

We are so excited to welcome Recovery Resource Council (RRC) as our newest partner agency! Celebrating its 60th anniversary, RRC aims to promote wellness and recovery from alcohol, addiction and/or mental health issues. They strive to foster a community of support and care for those in need. At their Serve Denton location, they will be strictly working with veterans.
